MATERIALS WE USE
At Three60 Roto, our manufacturing methods go hand-in-hand with the quality materials that we use. Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE)
Because of its physical properties, Three60 Roto most commonly uses LLDPE. This material is durable, with a high tensile strength. It offers flexibility in design and is simple to match or change colors.
Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE)
Rotational molded parts made from XLPE have improved Environmental Stress Crack Resistance (ESCR), a characteristic that is beneficial in outdoor and industrial applications. These products have a high resistance impact, ductile strength, low cost and sustainability in cold temperatures.
High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)
HDPE also has high tensile strength, but offers a lightweight characteristic, and is compliant with USDA and FDA guidelines. It is also suitable for large products and complex designs.
Nylon parts are extremely wear and heat resistance. Nylon has other key characteristics such as abrasion, durability and high impact, making it an excellent choice for many automotive, industrial, recreational, and lawn and garden applications.
