For Accurate and Consistent Parts
Our five axis CNC machines ensure that your parts are accurate and consistent. After the CAD file is complete the file is sent directly to the CNC machine. This allows us to create complex patterns and highly contoured parts, while still reducing cycle times and localizing control of heat transfer throughout the part.
Add Multi-Layers for Maximum Strength
Foam molding adds strength to your product, while adding very minimal weight. Molded foam parts are versatile and can be used to be impact resistance, to deaden sound, or as an insulator.
Receive Your Fully-Assembled Finished Product
Save money on labor and machines by having Three60 Roto do the assembly for you. Not only will we provide you with a finished part, but we also provide kitting, warehousing, and special packaging for bar coding and traceability.
Be Assured with Our Quality Control & Testing
Three60 Roto is committed to the very highest quality standards. Some applications require testing to see how the product will perform when in use. We conduct thorough testing using our rigorous leak testing processes and standard work procedures.
Make Your Products Shine
Flame polishing uses a flame to create a smooth and shiny finish. Operator skill, along with the method used, is critical in this step.
Bringing Design to Life
CAD Design & Engineering
All great products start with a great design. Our experienced engineers will help you design your product, then see it through from start to finish. From design, prototyping, tooling fabrication, manufacturing to finished product, we bring your design to life.
Inserts Added with Maximum Holding
Our state-of-the-art equipment inserts pieces into your parts that are made for maximum holding capacity. These inserts are put in with no burrs, ridges, or other defects.
Advertise and Identify
Molded-In or -On Graphics
Permanently display your branding on your rotomolded parts. It is a stunning, impressive way to display anything from your company logo, warning label, instructions or a decorative design.
Structurally Sound and Leak Tight Welds
When two parts are spin welded together, they essentially become one part. They are hermetically sealed and are completely leak free. This is a cost effective joining method that only uses heat, instead of chemicals or adhesives, which can erode and eventually leak.
