CNC Machining
Our five axis CNC machines ensure that your parts are accurate and consistent. After the CAD file is complete the file is sent directly to the CNC machine. This allows us to create complex patterns and highly contoured parts, while still reducing cycle times and localizing control of heat transfer throughout the part.

Foam Molding
Foam molding adds strength to your product, while adding very minimal weight. Molded foam parts are versatile and can be used to be impact resistance, to deaden sound, or as an insulator.

Structurally Sound and Leak Tight Welds
Welding/Spin-Welding
When two parts are spin welded together, they essentially become one part. They are hermetically sealed and are completely leak free. This is a cost effective joining method that only uses heat, instead of chemicals or adhesives, which can erode and eventually leak.
